Brilliant Earth – The Wisteria Collection Launch

I’m sure all of us women love jewellery of some kind or the other. And I’m also sure, like myself, there are many women out there who love all that glitters. Yes, you got it right – it’s diamonds we’re talking about! 🙂

I was recently introduced to Brilliant Earth and apart from their gorgeous gold & diamond jewellery collection, what got my attention was that they are focused on providing you with the highest quality products and at the same time ensuring that all their materials are ethically sourced.

Brilliant Earth Mission

Their aim is to provide the highest quality jewellery that originates from pure sources and are harvested using socially responsible practices. They provide education about the social and environmental issues that affect the jewellery industry and identify ways to help. Brilliant Earth supports underdeveloped communities ravaged by the jewellery industry by donating a share of their profits.

I am all for their Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethical Trade Practices. I hope we have more of such companies join in and give something back to the community.

To add to their already extensive jewellery collection, Brilliant Earth have launched their Wisteria Collection today. The designs and themes for the Wisteria Collection are revolved around autumn, capturing the beauty of the falling leaves and the graceful curves of the autumn branches, which are combined to create fluid designs using pavé diamonds.

Each exclusive design from this collection was hand-drawn in their San Francisco design studio and hand-crafted to order according to the highest standards of quality and beauty, without any compromise between quality and conscience. According to Brilliant Earth, only .01% of the world’s diamonds meet their standards for pure sourcing and exceptional quality.

Intorducing The Wisteria Collection

Inspired by the natural beauty of autumn, the designers’ aim to capture the sinuous curves of vines, the rippling of leaves in the breeze, and the dappled  patterns of the sun on dewy petals is beautifully reflected in each piece in the Wisteria Collection. The rings evoke branches and vines with curving and overlapping bands that represent two lives intertwining; and the earrings and necklaces are imbued with subtle movement that evokes falling leaves while pavĂ© diamonds bring a dazzling light.

As you can see from the image above, the result is jewellery that is dynamic, delicate, contemporary and timeless, much like nature itself.

My favorites from the Wisteria Collection

While I was browsing the Brilliant Earth website, I came across such lovely peices of jewellery and being a huge fan of jewellery made from diamonds and other precious stones, I was spoiled for choice. So I thought, why not create a wish list of my favorites from their collection.
