9Bar – A healthy, satisfying and wholesome snack: find out why…

Rushed for work everyday with no time for breakfast?

Looking for something to snack on in between meals?

Do you just love to eat?

Whatever your reason it doesn’t matter, as long as what you eat is not harming you.

9Bar%Energy%Bar%buzzingtrends%blog%1It’s so easy to just pop into a store and pick up a snack bar or an energy bar as a breakfast snack on your way to work or maybe to beat those hunger pangs. But, if you haven’t already realised, then let me tell you that most of these readily available snack bars are packed with some form of sugar, which is not good for your overall wellbeing. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t or shouldn’t head straight for these energy bars. But you can definitely be selective and only pick and choose the ones that benefit your overall health and wellbeing.

Sugars in our food, especially ‘refined sugar’, is a major health concern. However, there are other conditions like lactose intolerance, coeliac (gluten intolerance) that are affecting us. Suffering from these conditions and many others not mentioned here leaves us with limited and restricted food options.

9Bar%Energy%Bars%Peanut%buzzingtrends%blog%3I love food – I love to cook – I love to eat! But, I suffer from lactose intolerance, so I know how hard it is when it comes to maintaining a strict diet. Eating out is a real pain, something I’m sure many of you can relate to. And it’s not only because of this, but my overall health-conscious attitude always has me on the lookout for alternative food options – food that is lactose free, dairy free, gluten free, wheat free or if my luck has it, sugar free.

I’ve found an energy bar that I really like and would definitely recommend. However, if you suffer from nut allergies, then please stay away from this.

9Bar%Energy%Bars%buzzingtrends%blog%2The brand is called 9Bar and they’re based in Wales. These 40g mixed seed energy bars are handmade and packed with naturally nutritious seeds rich with super food goodness. The one I have here is the Peanut bar – crunchy, satisfying and scrumptious. Pure indulgence for a nutritious energy boost!

The ingredients in this Peanut bar include Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkinm sesame, dehulled hemp)
peanuts (32%), golden syrup, vegetable oil, raw cane sugar, salt.

9Bar%Energy%Bars%buzzingtrends%blog%4These Vegetarian friendly 9Bar energy bars are Free From: Gluten, Dairy, Lactose, Wheat, Egg, Yeast, Preservatives, Additives, Artificial Colours.

We are all different and have differing tastes and preferences. So, if you haven’t already and do decide to give these a try, these bars are easily available at Tesco’s.
